What are Ganoderma and Ganoderma spores?

Ganoderma lucidum(Lingzhi, Reishi) has been used for about thousands of years in China as a miraculous herb for promoting health and longevity.  It contains three stages of life: mycelium, fruit body and spore.  Spores are seeds and of greatest health benefits.  However, the walls of spores need to be broken to facilitate effective absorption of bioactive ingredients by human body.  Each spore contains a drop of oil, which has highly concentrated active ingredients.

What is Coriolus?

Coriolus versicolor (Yunzhi, or Turkey Tail) has shown antimicrobial, antiviral and antitumor properties, which have been attributed to a protein-bound polysaccharide called Polysaccharide K (PSK), also known as Krestin.  In Japan, PSK is currently used as a cancer treatment, in conjunction with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Organic Growth

TheGanodermausedwas cultivated using natural log woods in natural conditions in the mountain areas, free of pollutions.  Strict guidelines were implemented during cultivation to ensure the highest quality.

Patented Process

A patented enzymatic technology was used to break the walls of spores, resulting in high rates of broken walls (> 95%) without damaging active ingredients.  The enzymatic technology is the best among others such as physical methods.

Comparison of Ganoderma Products

There are various Ganoderma products in the marketplace.  Not all of them are the same.
Wall-broken Ganoderma spores using enzymatic process are the most valuable and effective.

Highly Effective in Anticancer

Various experiments have been carried out recently at University of Toronto to study the effects of Ganoderma on the inhibition of cancer cell growth.   The experiments demonstrated that Ganoderma directly modulates on tumour cell growth and cell death.  Wall-broken spores produce greater inhibitory effects on cancer cells, and those prepared by enzymatic process produce the best results.
